At Passion Studios FZCO we aim to deliver the highest quality service and exceed our clients’ expectations. But we understand that there might be times where we slightly miss the mark. In those cases, we are open to resolving the matters according to the below policy in terms of issuing refunds.
1. DELIVERED ITEMS
We always deliver items in batches.
Once you have received a batch of content from us and you are not satisfied and feel that you do not want to make use of our free revision policy, you can contact us within  calendar days of receiving the items and request a refund.
Refunds will be issued on all of the items you are not happy with.
Delivered items that are older than  calendar days on the date of request of the refund will not be eligible for refund.
2. UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If a refund has been reqeusted within  calendar days of delivered items and a refund has been issued, all undelivered items in the order will be automatically refunded as well.
Refunds will be issued via PayPal within  calendar days from the date that the refund was requested.
